Business website · Brand identity · Lead flow

Négonergies

Négonergies started with a service, reference sites and a direction to explore. It became a complete identity, a production website and a structured way to collect and handle enquiries.

Starting point

Négonergies was a client project I worked on while at Webeasy. The client brought a service, competitor references and visual inspiration, but no finished brand or website.

Making a new business clear and credible.

The new business needed to explain its service clearly, earn trust and collect the information required to qualify an enquiry. The process also had to treat submitted data carefully once it left the public form.

I turned the initial direction into a logo, visual identity, site structure and production website. Multi-step forms connected the public journey to INSEE business data and a controlled administrative workflow.

  • Explain the service before introducing any technical detail.
  • Break a detailed enquiry into steps that are easier to complete.
  • Keep public form submission separate from controlled administrative access.

What I handled.

I handled the project from the initial direction through deployment. That included the identity, UX/UI, development, forms, INSEE integration, privacy-conscious storage and temporary secure links for selected submitted data, with client feedback throughout.

  • Logo, identity and visual direction
  • Multi-step enquiry journeys
  • INSEE and business data integration
  • Careful handling of submitted information
  • Production delivery on a tight timeline

The form was only the start of the workflow.

The main production version was delivered in roughly two weeks, followed by approximately one week of finalization.

After an enquiry was submitted, the data still had to be collected, stored and made available through controlled access. Those steps belonged to the same workflow.
